INSPECTIONS

Annual aeration inspections are required by the Morrow County Health Department. Tidy Tim's, Inc. contracts with home owners to meet these requirements. The initial inspection is $175. After your first inspection, we will send you a new contract on a yearly basis. You must sign the contract and mail it back to us. After the initial inspection, aeration inspections are $135.
